Reflecting Women’s Wellness 2010, Women’s Health Virginia’s annual juried art show will be at the James Center in Richmond from April 3-24 and then at the Richmond Marriott West, from April 25 to May 23, 2010. Organizers are currently seeking submissions from artists for inclusion in the exhibit.
Submissions can be made by with a photo or digital print or electronically. The details about electronic submissions is on the Women’s Health Virginia web site, www.womenshealthvirginia.org. Deadline for submissions is Monday, March 1 at 5 p.m.
We are excited to be presenting this show as part of April’s celebration of Women & Girls’ Wellness Month in Virginia, to demonstrate how creative work is part of wellness for the artists and observers. The show is also participating in Minds Wide Open: Virginia Celebrates Women in the Arts.
